The Loyalty scheme has been created in order to reward users of our local retailers.
It is FREE to participate and there is a £50 prize every month.
In order to enter in the scheme you will need to collect a loyalty card and within the given month collect six individual stamps from participating retailers. Each stamp must be different and cards will expire after the month.
There is no limit on how many cards you enter each month, but you may only fill one card at a time, and there is no minimum spend with a retailer, as long as you collect 6 different stamps each month you are free to enter.

A. There is no minimium or maximum spend. You will receive a stamp if you spend in a participating retailer within the month.

Pudsey Loyalty Scheme: Conditions
1. Leeds Ahead Limited, of 1 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5AB (“the Promoter”) wished to add an incentive and reward use by residents of local retailers in Pudsey. It has therefore set up the scheme noted below (“the Free Prize Draw Scheme”).
2. All retailers within Pudsey who wish to participate in the Free Prize Draw Scheme (“Participating Retailers”) have notified the Promoter. A list of all Participating Retailers is available on request from the Promoter.
3. Each Participating Retailer will display in a prominent position in the relevant retail premises a poster, provided by the Promoter to the Participating Retailer, stating that they are participating in the Free Prize Draw Scheme.
4. Each Participating Retailer will stock loyalty cards, supplied to each Participating Retailer by the Promoter. Any individual wishing to participate in the Free Prize Draw Scheme may obtain one from a Participating Retailer.
5. Each individual who has obtained a loyalty card (“an Entrant”), should complete his or her name and address on the back of the loyalty card.
6. On each occasion that an Entrant makes any purchase from a Participating Retailer, the Participating Retailer will stamp the loyalty card of the Entrant.
7. When an Entrant has a loyalty card stamped and initialled by 6 different Participating Retailers, the Entrant should post or hand deliver the completed loyalty card to the Promoter at Pudsey One Stop Shop, Robin Lane, Pudsey, Leeds LS28 7BL.
8. Entrants may only collect stamps on one card at a time. Entrants may only collect stamps on a new card once their existing card has been completed with stamps from 6 different Participating Retailers.
9. Loyalty cards submitted other than in accordance with these terms and conditions (or which, for example, are illegible‚ incomplete or altered) will be disregarded by the Promoter.
10. Proof of posting of a loyalty card to the Promoter by an Entrant will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
11. Completed loyalty cards received in accordance with these terms and conditions before close of business on the last business day of each month will be entered into a free prize draw for that month. The free prize draw will take place on the first business day of the next following month.
12. The winner of the free prize draw (“the Winner”) will be picked at random by a representative of the Promoter from all of those Entrants who, at the absolute discretion of the Promoter, the Promoter deems to have satisfied the conditions noted above.
13. The Promoter will notify the Winner in writing at the address stated by the Entrant on the completed and returned loyalty card within 7 days of the free prize draw.
14. The decision of the Promoter is final in relation to the eligibility of any Entrant, and as to whether a completed and returned loyalty card has complied with the conditions noted above.
15. The name of the winner will also be available at Pudsey One Stop, and each Entrant returning a completed Loyalty Card consents to his or her name being listed on Leeds City Council & Leeds Ahead web page/ and local press for these purposes, and being used by the Promoter for the purposes of promoting and publicising the Free Prize Draw Scheme.
16. The Promoter will send to the Winner, with the notification referred to at 13 above, vouchers with a face value of £50.00 which can be redeemed as payment or part payment for purchases made at any Participating Retailer.
17. Vouchers will be in £5 denominations. No cash alternative is available and no change will be given for purchases made using vouchers. Vouchers must be redeemed by the Winner within [2 months] of the relevant free prize draw (and the date of the free prize draw will be noted by the Promoter on each voucher sent to a Winner.
18. Each Participating Retailer will accept vouchers validly issued by the Promoter in accordance with the Free Prize Draw Scheme as payment or part payment for any purchases made by the holder of such voucher(s). A Participating Retailer shall not be obliged to give change in respect of any voucher(s).
19. Details on how to claim cash reimbursement from the Promoter have been made available to all Participating Retailers.
20. The loyalty cards, whether completed or otherwise, and vouchers, have no cash equivalent value, and are not capable of being exchanged except strictly in accordance with these conditions.
21. The Promoter may withdraw the scheme at any time without notice and without providing compensation to any Entrant or Winner in respect of any loyalty cards (whether completed or otherwise) or for any unredeemed vouchers.
22. Any Participating Retailer may leave the scheme at any time by one week’s notice to the Promoter. On leaving the scheme, a retailer will cease to display posters stating that it is participating in the Free Prize Draw Scheme (or in any other way represent that it is part of the Free Prize Draw), and will no longer give loyalty cards to Entrants or accept vouchers.
23. The Loyalty Scheme will start on 01/02/2010.
